Чтоб террористы, мечтающие обмазаться в изотопах и потом плюхнуться в толпу не изучали подходы и охрану по фоткам. То что они их прекрасно видять через вские гоглмапс - никого не волнует. Обычный синдром вахтера при отсутствии нормальной охраны.
