Не соглашусь, что он отличен от ЗУкраинского. Хотя, может даже более жесткий. Почитайте заповеди Михновского. И еще в 1904 в Харькове подорвали памятник Пушкину за поэму "Мазепа". Даже во Львове такого не было. Хотя, может я не знаю всего.
